Join Go.Eat.Live as we search for our Scottish roots, beginning at the National Records of Scotland in Edinburgh, moving on to the Highlands Archive Center in Inverness and finishing at the Scotlands People Center in East Ayreshire. Along the way we’ll eat local foods such as haggis, neeps and tatties, cullen skink, Scottish porridge, and of course, Scotch Whisky.
